Icelandic Sheep!

Our beautiful flock of Icelandic sheep rotationally grazes our pastures and provides delicious meat and beautiful wool.

Icelandic sheep are known for their tender meat, dual coats (great for outerwear, rugs, hand spinning and weaving), horns (on both genders), skittish temperament and hardiness. We love them for all of these reasons!

Kate weaves rugs and tapestries from the wool and we offer sheep hides and skulls for sale.

We sell whole and half animals and individual cuts throughout the year.
